soffits are 3/4" T&G clear cedar material. All of the exterior wood surfaces were treated with ECO wood treatment The soffit venting is a Fry Reglet stucco vent. The fascia is 3/4" clear cedar. The walls are stucco with precast concrete elements forming the cornice.
