We hired WELLSPRING LLC to remodel our entire 2nd story: 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. They are very professional, and more communicative than previous experiences we've had about important details. We help provide guidance around style and pick out some specific finishes, but they are always thinking about pragmatic ways to use spaces more efficiently. Superintendent is on site regularly, rather than outsourcing the job to a project manager and doing minimal work themselves. No reason not to recommend Erics fine homes.

I've used Eric Fine Homes several times for projects from deck building to patio covers, sheds, and remodeling. Eric is a wellspring of knowledge and has some awesome techniques to fix problems.
